This program combines two foundations of digital thinking: Scratch for block-based coding and sequencing, and Robotics with mBlock connected to Arduino hardware — designed for students around ages 7–13, moving from games and animations to real robots in one coherent pathway.
Scratch track
Students use blocks to build maze games, interactive quizzes, and story animations; they learn loops, events, and character interactions. The Scratch segment ends with a short team project and a classroom pitch.
Robotics track (mBlock & Arduino)
Learners progress to circuits, LEDs, buttons, buzzers, and servos; they read sensors and program robot behaviors (line following or simple obstacle avoidance, depending on the kit). The capstone may be a small rover or a mini robotic arm themed by each team.
Safety & parents
Robotics sessions follow clear power-on procedures, aprons, and protective eyewear when needed. Parents receive progress updates through rubrics and checklists. Deep English is not required for Scratch; iLabsViet helps install software before the first class.
